Ever put much credence in numbers? Do you have a favorite number? A number that has significance to you? A number that just seems to connect things in your life? Or are you just starting to explore numbers? This isn't a numerology site nor am I a numerologist by any stretch.

But something happened to me that gave the number 11 significance. I started to use the number in my daily routine. When stretching, instead of holding a stretch for 10, I now hold it for 11. When meditating I use the mantra "11 times" in Hebrew. I will do sets of 11 instead of 10 when working out. Counting to ten for me just doesn't exist anymore. Weird? Not one bit!
